Thank you for your interest. As you may wish to become more acquainted with real estate in western North Carolina, allow me to put before you my qualifications to assist you in any real estate needs you may have.

I have been licensed over seventeen years and do not limit myself to just this immediate geographical area. I have demonstrated ability area-wide to include all of Asheville, Black Mountain, Swannanoa, Fairview, Weaverville, Mars Hill, Buncombe, Henderson, Madison & McDowell Counties, etc. (I have a dynamite computerized data set-up that processes information on over 4,000+ real estate property listings area-wide.) For the occasional client with very special needs, I have brokered property up to 60 miles away. I practice Seller Agency, Buyer Agency, and Dual Agency.

My personal history is one of extensive experience in sales, planning, and management. My qualifications lie on both sides of the public and private arena. I grew up overseas (my parents were missionaries in the Amazon), returned to the United States as a teenager, attended Tallulah Falls School and Davidson College. I have since spent many successful years in business management positions to include Consumer Product Sales, Marketing & Merchandising; Planning and General Management of large manufacturing plants. While senior officer of a large international textile manufacturing/sales firm, I became licensed in real estate brokerage in 1987 as a continuing-education interest. I eventually wearied of my 70-80 hour/week career; with too much time spent in taxicabs and airports, too little time for myself. So, I resigned and have made a lively living since because I fully enjoy what I now do and I deliver a full and committed effort to every client in finding, evaluating, and purchasing their ideal property. The service I provide will be at my best. My reputation rests solely upon that record. I invite your consideration of me personally in your real estate needs and therefore the purpose of this brief introduction.

My business set-up is state-of-the-art, heavily computerized and definitely client-friendly. I am a Realtor® and have a superb information network on ALL of the thousands of multiple-listing properties in Buncombe and five adjoining counties. Realize from the beginning that I am a member of Multiple Listing Services and am very able to show and sell every multiple-listed property. When you are in this area and you see an ad in the newspaper, any real estate publication or see a sign in a yard, call me for any information. I'll arrange to show you the property at your and the seller's convenience. You are able to shop the entire Greater Asheville area while dealing with only one agent! I would like to be that agent.
